Services: Pre-Arrival

Whether you’re buying or renting, our first task is to discuss and agree a homesearch plan. Then before you arrive we scope the market, short-listing and previewing properties for you to consider. We provide comprehensive information on matters of interest - local services, healthcare, transport, schools etc – and arrange visits to schools if needed. We will arrange somewhere for you to stay when you first arrive, a hotel room or serviced apartment, so you have no accommodation worries and can concentrate fully on your property search.
