Information packs are individually assembled to meet each client’s circumstances. They include  information on any or all of the following:

• Visas and immigration
• Housing matters: council tax, insurance, utilities, telephone and computer connections,  TV, parking permits, refuse collection, milk delivery, tradespeople (plumber, electrician, gardener, decorator etc)
• Education: private and state sector provision; schools offering nursery, primary and secondary education; local nurseries and other forms of childcare; higher education institutions; special needs provision; language classes
• Healthcare: public and private sector care; local hospitals and emergency provision; registering with a doctor/dentist; alternative therapy provision; specialist services; opticians
• Banking, finance and insurance
• Transport: national and international travel, local transport services, local parking facilities
• Leisure: cultural and sports activities, health clubs, libraries, restaurants and bars, shopping, tourist attractions
• Employment opportunities
